Nostimo cafe and tea is like a cute TikTok video come to life. We dropped in on a Saturday to experience first-hand the viral fluffy wiggly pancakes, and to get work done on my first novel. If you want to work at a cute little cafe and experience fun food this is the place.
Quick Summary: ☁️🥞 Wi-Fi: Yes | 🔌 Outlets: yes | 🎧 Noise: chill music | ⏰ Stayed: 1 hour
Atmosphere:
This minimalist cafe has clean white walls and sleek light wood furniture—very inviting! Lots of natural light, and very open, perfect for reading a book. I felt energized, like a plant enjoying photosynthesis. A wavy wall bench was on each wall, adding a bit of playfulness. This is the place to relax with a coffee or to get a treat with some friends.
Seating:
Plenty of seating. Large tables are able to accommodate laptops and books. But what about this wiggle wall bench? At first I was suspicious as to it’s comfort level. Would it be to weird to sit on? The wavy wall was fun and comfortable, offering plenty of space to place a bag. Overall, I’m impressed with the seating.

Music & Noise:
Music was modern and relaxing—just like a coffee shop should be. Not too much noise from the kitchen or coffee-making. Quiet and calm, just right for getting work done.
Menu Highlights:
Is TikTok too good to be true? Not today! These viral, fluffy pancakes live up to the hype.
Japanese fluffy pancakes have gone totally viral on TikTok. They take a bit of time to make as they are made fresh to order. But a smile lit up my face when I saw them. I spent way too much time just giggling at them. They taste light and airy, but I was also so full after eating them. They look as good as they taste.
The pancakes might steal the show but the coffee also rocked. It is to die for. Sweet and lots of flavor. I wanted to drink it all up right away but tried my best to pace myself.
Parking:
The parking lot was large with lots of open spaces; you should have no trouble getting a spot.
2-Hour Test:
Yes, I would definitely recommend coming to Nostimo cafe to work.
I could see hanging out for two hours and having a coffee and having some pancakes, and being able to still work. It’s definitely an amazing spot. I think that the desserts put it over the top. This place is a must go to. It’s definitely so beautiful and aesthetic on the inside; it has a lot of charm. Highly recommend. I’m looking forward to going back and trying their jiggly cat pudding, which I didn’t get to try last time, and eating another soufflé pancake.
